Fresh veggies in 2CV
Last weekend, I helped throw a party for some friends in the Loire valley. We had a lot of fun loading up the old 2CV with lots of veggies and other food and getting ready for the party!
Salads, melons, herbs etc...

For the apéro, we served the 2002 Vouvray Philippe Foreau Methode Trad. It was fantastic….the bubbles were so fine, the wine so precise and vinous that it went down a little too well
(For the record: part of my family is from the Loire.)
vinous: I love that word. Bubbly from the loire does sure excite the thirst; so I cannot blame your for tipping an extra glass or two.
Thanks, Mike, I was actually OK, but the problem was that we came really close to running out… it was TOO good.
